I've grown a lot this past year. Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually. I've accepted all challenges that I've been faced with and went at them full force.
I won't lie, It has been very hard ! I've struggled with staying focused, getting things done on time , and also not loosing faith.
At some points I've thought about giving up, and or not going through with my original plan.
Nothing wrong with having a plan b, but why PLAN for something to go wrong?

Here are my tips and tools on how to never loose focus..
1. Get a Planner!
I use to hate when my high school would give me planners at the beginning of every school year . It's simply because I knew I would never use it! It would sit in my bag for 3 days, then in my locker or lost for the rest of the year.
Recently, I've learned that true importance of writing in my planner everyday. I've challenged my self to write more in it and it worked! I've been more on top of things I needed to get done by simply writing them down and referring back to them. This is definitely my top tool on staying focused!

2. Get more sleep!
Resting is so important to the mind , body, and soul. If your always going to sleep late and having to get up early then your not treating your body right

Scientists measuring sleepiness have found that sleep deprivation leads to lower alertness and concentration. It’s more difficult to focus and pay attention, so you’re more easily confused. This hampers your ability to perform tasks that require logical reasoning or complex thought.
Sleepiness also impairs judgment. Making decisions is more difficult because you can’t assess situations as well and pick the right behavior. "
So get more sleep , you'll see the difference for sure!

3. Make sure you know your goal!
Make sure you know EXACTLY what your chasing. Ask your self quickly.. "Well where do I see myself in 3-5 years? "
For awhile, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do. I did know that I wanted to start my own brand. It took me awhile to figure out exactly where I wanted to see myself in the next couple of years. I PLAN to have already completed my degree in Fashion Design (BFA- Bachelor of Fine Art) . Then I plan to attend the University of the Arts of London: London College of Fashion in their Postgraduate Program.
PLAN!
It's okay to not know exactly what your goal is now , but it doesn't hurt to look into it and get on track!
LETS PRACTICE THESE HABITS!
Now get to writing those goals down, get more sleep, and remember exactly what your goal is!
FOCUS!
There's no reason why you shouldn't achieve exactly what you set out to do!
